I have students as young as 4 years old all the way to retirement aged. I can provide tailored instruction for all ages.
so what does worship coaching actually look like?

Jack sits down with your keyboardist and walks through their actual setup — patch building on a Nord, running click and tracks, layering sounds, and playing parts that serve the song instead of competing with it.

He works with your guitarist on worship-specific tone, pedalboard setup, dynamics, and how to play for the room instead of playing to fill space. If they’ve been playing rock guitar in a worship context, Jack helps them make the shift.

Locking in with the drummer, reading chord charts, understanding the worship bassist’s role. Less noodling, more serving.

Jack can train your sound team on mixing a live band in your actual sanctuary — gain structure, EQ, monitor mixes, and how to serve the room. No generic curriculum, just real training on your real system.

He can run a full rehearsal coaching session — working with the band together on dynamics, listening, communication, and how to follow a worship leader well.
